"Surprisingly helpful after the course"
I had a question after my course ended and didn’t expect much, since I’m usually skeptical of customer service actually following through. But they got back to me quicker than I thought and didn’t make me feel like I was just left to figure it out on my own. That was a nice surprise

"Finally, someone actually kept me updated"
I had a good experience with blxtraining.com. Usually with these things I feel like I’m the one stuck chasing people and trying to figure out what’s happening, but they actually replied quickly and explained everything in a simple way. There wasn’t that annoying back and forth where you feel left in the dark. I knew what was going on the whole time, which made the process a lot less stressful for me

"Helpful Practice, Just a Little Rushed"
I thought the hands-on practice was helpful overall. It was nice to actually try things myself instead of just watching, but a few parts did feel a bit rushed to me. I think having a little more time or maybe clearer step-by-step instructions would’ve made the experience even better.

"Decent course, but I expected quicker answers"
The course was okay overall, but I’m still not completely sure how widely the certification is actually accepted by employers. I feel like that part could’ve been explained more clearly. I was also expecting a faster response when I had questions, so that was a bit disappointing.

"Decent course platform, a little clunky"
I used Blxtraining for a course and overall it was okay. Nothing terrible. The lessons loaded fine, and I was able to find what I needed most of the time. But a few parts felt kind of clunky. Especially the navigation. Going back to earlier sections wasn’t as simple as I expected. It works, just not the smoothest platform I’ve used. Not bad, though. Could just be a bit more user friendly.

"Support actually made things easy"
I was already feeling mentally drained when I ran into a small issue trying to sort out my training info, so I wasn’t really in the mood for a long back-and-forth. I messaged Blxtraining support and didn’t expect much, but they got back to me quickly. They explained what I needed to do in plain, simple terms, and the issue was fixed without turning into a whole ordeal. It was just really nice dealing with a support team that actually responds and makes things easier

"Good course, but it dragged in spots"
The course was clear overall and I do think it was worth the money, but some sections felt longer than they needed to be. I got the value out of it, but there were definitely moments where I was just waiting for it to move along.

The staff were polite and seemed professional, and most of the replies were clear. a couple of things took a bit longer than I expected, and I did have to ask twice about one detail. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just could’ve been a little smoother.

"Gets the Job Done, I Guess"
The site works fine most of the time, which is more than I expected. I did run into a few random loading issues during training, and one video froze on me twice, so I had to refresh it. Not the end of the world, just a little annoying. The support page opened without any drama, and logging in was simple enough. Overall, it’s not terrible, it’s just not exactly what I’d call smooth. For basic use, it does what it needs to do.

"Decent training, but I noticed some gaps"
The training materials were okay overall. As I went through them, I started noticing a pattern: the sections with examples were much easier to follow, while the parts that moved quickly or stayed too basic felt less helpful. I got through everything fine, but I think adding a few more real examples would make the whole thing feel more complete.
